Day 1: Arrival & Settling In

DAY 2 – Yoga, Meditation & Ganga Aarti
Morning
- Sunrise Hatha Yoga session (90 min) focusing on breath & balance.
- Guided Meditation by the Ganga: “Invoking Inner Calm”.
- Sattvic Breakfast.
Mid-Morning:
- Workshop on Pranayama & Yogic Lifestyle – Living in harmony with nature.
- Lunch: Fresh local vegetarian cuisine.
Afternoon
- Rest / journaling / optional Ayurveda massage.
Evening
- Sunset Yin Yoga for deep release (1 hour).
- Witness the Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan – chants, bells & lights creating divine energy.
- Dinner: Sattvic meal with soulful music in the background.
DAY 3 – Spiritual Excursion & Healing Practices
Morning
- Sunrise Yoga & Sound Healing session (crystal bowls & Tibetan bowls).
- Breakfast
- Excursion: Visit Kunjapuri Temple (known for stunning Himalayan sunrise views) or Vashistha Gufa (meditation cave). Short guided meditation there.
- Lunch: Packed lunch or at a scenic café.
Afternoon
- Return & rest.
Evening
- Restorative Yoga for inner alignment.
- Sharing circle: “Moments of Gratitude”.
- Dinner: Sattvic meal under starlit skies.
DAY 4 – Deepening the Practice
Morning
- Ashtanga or Vinyasa Flow Yoga (for those who want a stronger practice).
- Meditative Ganga Walk with silent contemplation.
- Breakfast
- Workshop: Bhakti Yoga & Mantra Chanting – opening the heart through sound.
- Lunch: Seasonal organic meal.

- Closing Fire Ceremony by the Ganga – offering prayers & intentions to the sacred river.
