DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN PARO | TRANSFER TO THIMPHU
- Arrival at Paro Airport with scenic flight over the Himalayas
- Traditional Bhutanese welcome with khadar (white scarf)
- Drive to Thimphu (1.5 hours) through winding forest roads
- Check-in at serene wellness resort
- Herbal welcome tea & light lunch
- Evening grounding yoga & pranayama
- Opening circle with local butter lamps & intention setting
- Dinner with seasonal, local Bhutanese cuisine
Night: Rest & soak in the calm Bhutanese energy
DAY 2 – THIMPHU EXPLORATION + WELLNESS

- Sunrise meditation & Hatha Yoga

DAY 3 – TRANSFER TO PUNAKHA | SPIRITUAL IMMERSION
Morning
- Early yoga + breathwork before checkout
- Drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass – 108 chortens & Himalayan views
- Stop for photos & fresh mountain air
Afternoon
- Visit the Punakha Dzong – Bhutan’s most beautiful monastery-fortress
- Riverside vegetarian lunch
- Leisure time or optional river walk

- Yin Yoga & Loving Kindness Meditation

DAY 4 – BACK TO PARO | TIGER’S NEST PREP
Morning
- Wake up yoga + journaling
- Transfer to Paro (4 hrs) with scenic breaks
- Lunch at a local café in Paro town
- Visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples
Afternoon
- Mini Workshop: Breath & Body preparation for mountain hike
- Free time for rest or spa therapy (foot soak, head massage)
Evening
- Sunset meditation & intention setting for hike
- Closing circle with prayer flags
- Early dinner & rest
DAY 5 – TIGER’S NEST TREK & DEPARTURE

Early morning departure for Tiger’s Nest Monastery Hike (Taktsang)
Approx. 5-6 hour round-trip trek
Meditation stop halfway with mountain tea
Optional pony ride till cafeteria point - Light breakfast
- Group hug, check-out & airport transfers
Afternoon
- Light lunch post-hike
- Return to hotel to freshen up
- Transfer to airport with full hearts & uplifted spirits
